I have a private practice on the traditional territories of the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations. I am passionate about exploring the intersections of creativity, healing, ecology and spirituality. I love having time alone to read, create, watch a good movie or play with various art mediums. I also find great joy in spending time with my spouse, sharing good coffee, going for hikes and just hanging out.
