She began her SE training in 2008 with Diane Poole Heller in Boulder,
CO while undertaking her MA in Transpersonal Psychology at Naropa

exploring the wilderness of rural Yukon, the Kootenays and the sea to
Sky Corridor.
She received her SEP in 2018, training with Linda Stelte and Burns
Galloway. She has since completed Eye of the Needle with Peter Levine,
as well as Kathy Kain’s Touch Training,

She is committed to the unfolding of our diverse human resilience
story, and especially enjoys supporting developmental trauma recovery
and post – traumatic growth actualization. Her neurospicy,
adventure-loving spark is replenished by Seawall biking, Stand up
paddling, backpacking, rock concerts, pilates, comedy and Youtube long
form interviews. She also has an enduring affection for Buddhist
Psychology and meditation.
