My name is Andriana Teslyuk. I completed my SE training in November 2023. I am very happy to share this space with you all and continue my journey as an assistant in supporting you all. SE changed the way I see myself and the world around me.
By profession, I have been a Registered Nurse since 2011, working in the Critical Care field (Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit). Since 2018, I have been working part-time in the neurological-intensive care unit. In 2019, I went back to school to pursue a Master of Art in Counselling Psychology, and this is when I learned about the work of Dr. Peter Levine – Somatic Experiencing. I graduated from my program and began training in SE – May 2021. I am a practicing Registered Psychotherapist working from a trauma-informed lens using SE modality. I have my own private practice outside of my nursing role. In therapy, I support clients with complex medical illnesses, medical medical-related trauma, and recently have been working with war-related trauma.
I live and work in Toronto, Ontario.
