Amanda lives in Australia with her son Yuri and two fur babies Raffles and Frodo. She has a diverse private practice and has worked extensively in NGO’s that service children in care, incarcerated women and victims of institutional sexual violence and domestic violence.
She specializes in working with Developmental trauma and multigenerational trauma using a range of skills, which are centered in SE, and Somatic touch skills practice. She loves teaching this powerful work whenever and wherever she can and has over time developed experiential workshops and trainings for women in prisons, marginalized young people, and for those in the post incarceration phase as well as working with young people in theater environments as a facilitator and director directing them in plays with a strong emphasis on self development using SE, the work of Stephan Porges and Bruce Perry as well as a range of theater skills from the more experiential realms of theatre practice. Assisting is the next leg in this rich development and she is excited to be joining such a talented team and for the opportunity to pay forward the wonderful support she’s received during her own training and development as an SEP and Somatic Touch Therapist.
